Maximal audio is a combination of 4 powerful technologies that promote change. Each technology is recognized as being effective in its own right. The combination of Binaural Beats, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (including mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy) is a quick, easy and highly effective way to promote change and enhance your life.

Binaural Beats

If two tones of slightly different frequencies are heard in each ear using stereo headphones then a third beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones mixed naturally, out of the brain. The frequency of the tones must be below about 1,000 to 1,500 hertz for the beating to be heard. The difference between the two frequencies must be small (below about 30 Hz) for the effect to occur; otherwise the two tones will be heard separately and no beat will be perceived.

Binaural beats influence the brain in subtle ways through the entrainment of brainwaves and can be used to produce relaxation and other health benefits. There has been much scientific research that has concluded that Binaural beats do affect the mood in subjects. This has been measured using EEG machines that measures the electrical activity in the brain.

In Maximal recordings the tones are at a very low volume and are designed to create a relaxed and open state.

The tones that you hear may not sound that stimulating, but when played for a length of time at a subtle volume they do enhance the power of Maximal Audio.

NLP

NLP explores the relationships between how you think, how you communicate and your patterns of behaviour and emotions.

By studying and learning from these relationships you can effectively transform the way you normally think and act, adopting new, far more successful models of human excellence.

 

CBT and Mindfulness

CBT is a way of developing awareness of how you see the world, others and yourself, and the interaction of thoughts, behaviours, and emotions in determining how you feel and what you do.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is now recognized as perhaps the most effective therapy for many conditions such as anxiety and stress and problems with lack of confidence and low self esteem. It can also be effective in changing habits like overeating and smoking.
